When I heard about Utah winning “Best Managed State,”all I could think of was how bad I felt for every other state in the country; maybe I’m just too cynical.
Anyway, it appears I neglected to post any of my Clipper cartoons that ran in the month of March, and missed 3 whole updates of Cooties. Life will hopefully get less busy than it’s been lately, so I’ll be putting up all of March’s cartoons in the next few days.
